She is responsible for the overall design, direction and implementation of the menu and operations for all of WA Group’s retail stores. Prior to this role, Mizuki was the Area Manager in charge of both No 18 Ramen St Kilda and XWORD (both companies under the WA Group umbrella). Mizuki also has prior experience leading the kitchen operations at one of Melbourne most established Japanese restaurants and together with her prior experience in Japan, brings over a decade of industry leading experience to the WA Group. Mizuki graduated from the University of Shizuoka on 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations.
