DAIMON BASILE-GOTO (BA/LLB)

Director/Head of Consulting

Daimon Basile-Goto is the Director & Head of Consulting at WA Consulting.  He advises and project manages across multiple industries including real estate, retail, imports and SME Advisory. 

His career began at Minter Ellison where he was an Associate Lawyer in the nationally recognised Real Estate & Major Projects Team.

At WA Consulting, Daimon’s practice specialises in project & stakeholder management and delivery across various asset classes in the SME market ranging from initial due diligence, acquisition/ leasing / disposal through to construction and settlement (including post delivery stage).

Additionally, Daimon has a widely recognised SME Advisory practice where he manages a portfolio including some of the leading names and brands in the national retail space. 

Daimon is admitted to both the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer and practiced in that capacity until joining WA Consulting where he now acts as its Director & Head of Consulting.

MIZUKI HOYANO (BIR)

Director (Food & Beverage)

Mizuki Hoyano was appointed as Director (Food & Beverage) for the WA Group in 2022. She is responsible for the overall design, direction and implementation of the menu and operations for all of WA Group’s retail stores.

Prior to this role, Mizuki was the Area Manager in charge of both No 18 Ramen St Kilda and XWORD (both companies under the WA Group umbrella). Mizuki also has prior experience leading the kitchen operations at one of Melbourne most established Japanese restaurants and together with her prior experience in Japan, brings over a decade of industry leading experience to the WA Group.

Mizuki graduated from the University of Shizuoka on 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations.
